Module 3 — The NeuralTouch Technique

Posterior Chain Release: The Core Sequence

48 min read

The posterior chain — from occiput to calcaneus — is where most neurodivergent clients carry their primary tension load. This lesson teaches the NeuralTouch posterior chain release sequence: a 45-minute protocol that works systematically through superficial fascia from sacrum to skull.

We'll cover hand positioning, pressure calibration, transition timing, and the cues that tell you when a segment has released sufficiently to move on. This sequence is the foundation of every NeuralTouch session.

Sequence Overview

  1. Sacral hold — 3-5 minutes
  2. Lumbar sweep — bilateral
  3. Thoracic cross-hands release
  4. Scapular glide
  5. Cervical traction and release
  6. Cranial hold and integration
